## Direction
Fictional architectural retreat and portfolio concept. User-approved exemplar:

Full-width photographs alternate with asymmetrical editorial spreads. Avoid rounded
cards, generic feature grids, decorative particles, and fabricated hotel facts.
Use a contour-line emblem, fine rules, numbered chapters, and framed image details.

## Responsive and accessibility contract
At 760px: single-column editorial content; smaller wordmark; image focal positions
retain the passage; native touch scrolling. Semantic sections and one h1, keyboard
operable gallery and dialogs, visible focus, reduced-motion behavior, content visible
if JS fails. Native scroll, never wheel interception. Local assets only.

## Motion
Native scroll-driven hero scale where supported; static fallback. Scroll-triggered
blur-rise-reveal at 500ms, 12px and 3px blur. Native dialog and image crossfade.
Reduced motion disables transform/reveal animation and smooth scrolling.

Opening now uses a 135svh sticky stage (115svh mobile): fullbleed image settles
into a paper-bordered aperture while the wordmark recedes. Native scroll timeline,
no continuous JS animation loop. Two visibility-gated videos have pause controls,
static fallbacks, and no loading under reduced-motion or data-saver preferences.
The spacing scale is a baseline; typography, hairlines, focal crops and small optical
adjustments use explicit intermediate values. These are reported by the generic audit.

## Assets
Seven ChatGPT-generated original PNGs supplied by user. Architecture is visually
coherent but not an actual built property. Materials described as mineral walls.
